1970's Simplicity 9090 Vintage Sewing Pattern Toddlers' Top, Pants and Bloomers: The lace edging trimmed top gathered to yoke has back zipper, high round neckline and set-in sleeves with elastic forming self ruffles. V. 1 with rick-rack and embroidered braid or ribbon trim has long sleeves and collar. Collarless V. 2 features "cobbler type" front pocket. V. 2 & 3 have short puff sleeves. V. 3 has contrasting collar. The pants V. 1 & 2 and the bloomers V. 3 have elastic waistline casing. The pants have optional snap fastened crotch. The bloomers have elastic leg casings forming self ruffles.
