1980's McCall's 2394 Vintage Sewing Pattern Children's and Boys' Shirt, Pants and Shorts: Buttoned shirt has notched collar, patch pocket and short sleeves. Tapered pants with patch pockets and optional side seam piping trim and shorts have elastic in waistline casing. Shirt, pants and shorts have machine-stitched hems.
