1970's Simplicity 8861 Vintage Sewing Pattern Child's Pants in Two Lengths and Shirt (Transfer for Applique Included):The shirt with front button closing has notched collar and slits in side seams. V. 1 and 2 have short set-in sleeves with turn back cuffs. V. 3 and 4 are sleeveless. The long pants V. 1 and 2 and the short pants V. 3 and 4 with elastic waistline casing have back patch pocket. V. 3 and have applique trim. V. 1 and 3 boys' pants have fly front opening without zipper.
