1970's Butterick 6842 Vintage Sewing Pattern Misses' & Half Size Jacket, Skirt, Pants & Blouse: Semi-fitted jacket has full length sleeves, welt pockets, and topstitch trim. A-line skirt, mid-knee or ankle length, has front inverted pleat and waistband. Blouse has pointed collar, split neckline, and full length sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs. Straight-legged pants with front zipper closing are darted into waistband. Purchased belts.
