1970's McCall's 6216 Vintage Sewing Pattern Misses' Unlined Jacket and Skirt: Buttoned jacket, bound with fold-over braid, has notched collar and extended shoulder line; sleeves are turned up to form cuffs. Skirt has inverted front pleat, soft side front pleats, side seam pockets, tie belt drawn thru loops and back zipper.
