1960's Simplicity 4139 Vintage Sewing Pattern Juniors' and Misses' One-Piece Dress: Both views have kimono type sleeves, left side zipper and slim skirt with gathers at front waistline and back kick pleat. Bodice has front button closing and gathers waistline. V. 1 has stand-up collar, below elbow length sleeves and narrow self fabric tie belt. Collarless V. 2 has above elbow length sleeves, top-stitching detail and wider self fabric tie belt.
