1960's Simplicity 5478 Vintage Sewing Pattern Child's Top and Boxer Pants in Two Lengths: Simple-to-Sew. The top is sleeveless with a scooped neckline. Opening in back seam fastens with a thread loop and button. V.'s 1 and 2 are trimmed with middy braid. V. 3 lower edge is finished with a casing thru which elastic is inserted. The boxer pants have flat felled seam finish. Elastic is inserted thru a self casing at the waistline. V. 1 pants are long. V.'s 2 and 3 are short.
