1950's McCall's 5178 Vintage Sewing Pattern Hannah Troy Misses' Petite Dress: Slender dress with sweetheart neckline and loose back panels. Cap sleeves in one with bodice, French dart fitting in front bodice. Interfaced bias band in waistline seam which dips slightly at back. Gathered panels in back waistline seam. Two-piece underarm gussets, center-back zipper closing. Dress and panels are lined; neck, gussets, waistband and loops are interfaced.
