1960's Simplicity 6237 Vintage Sewing Pattern Boy's Shirt: Shirt with collar has front button closing and set-in sleeves. Back yoke joins front in forward shoulder seam. V.'s 1 & 2 have long sleeves pleated to buttoned cuffs. V.'s 1 & 3 have one pocket. Top-stitched V. 2 has two pockets. V. 3 tuck in short sleeve creates band effect.
