1980's Butterick 3199 Vintage Sewing Pattern J. G. Hook Girls' Shirt, Top, Skirt & Shorts: Semi-fitted shirt has notched collar, shaped hemline and short sleeves with cuffs. Loose-fitting, pullover top has mock neck band, dropped shoulders, low armholes, bias pocket, side hemline slits and cap sleeves with cuffs. Both have narrow hem. A-line skirt, mid-knee, has waistband, front pleats and side-button closing. Shorts, above mid-knee, have waistband with carriers, front pleats, slanted pockets and mock fly zipper.
