1960's Simplicity 5573 Vintage Sewing Pattern Misses' Blouse or Smock with Detachable Collar: Has a high, round neckline and front button closing. Upper edges of front and back gather to yoke sections. The long-set-in sleeves are gathered to a sleeveband then finished with a ruffle. V.'s 1, 2 tie collar buttons to neck edge. V. 2 lace edging trims collar and forms sleeve ruffles. V. 4 smock is longer than the blouse.
