1970's Simplicity 8281 Vintage Sewing Pattern Wardrobe Suitable for 11 1/2" and 12 1/2" Dolls such as Cher, Barbie, and Farrah (Cut-off lines have been given for 11 1/2" doll): Lace trimmed V. 1 with self ruffle has sheer sleeves, ribbon belt and veil with purchased flowers. Lace trimmed cape V. 2 is worn over tiered top and skirt. V. 3 top has matching pants. Ruffled dress V. 4 with empire waist has ribbon belt. Wrap skirt V. 5 is worn with short sleeved top. V. 6 culottes and matching vest are worn with long sleeved top. V. 7 jacket and pants have gathered leg and sleeve edges . . . jacket has cord drawstring and top-stitching for pocket effect.
